FAQ
How are you different from “normal consulting”?
No slide graveyards. You get a running system — one target metric, guardrails, short cadence — and an approval-ready Start/Stop plan. Less talk, more movement.
What if we realize it’s not a fit?
No-fit stop on Day 3. If the target metric/guardrails aren’t locked or access/slots are missing, we stop. You pay at most the 3-day brief (€2,900); any deposit is applied and the rest refunded. If we restart later, the brief is fully credited.
How do we measure success?
≥ 1 wrong initiative stopped (scope named) and no guardrail breached for 30 days (e.g., churn/tickets/revenue). Time to greenlight: 5–10 days.
